Just an email to say thanks for a great visit to Borth. Really (and I do mean REALLY) impressed with the staff attitude and cleanliness and service of the place. 

I was just a humble parent school helper, but it felt good knowing my kid and the others were looked after well and were safe. Everything from the warm welcome to providing free bin liners after the kids overdid it on the beach and got very mucky, to the better than expected food.

Wonderful couple of days and every staff member I met (and I was a bit of a nuisance in my requests) went further than I would have expected.......I would normally be thinking of points to make on how to make the experience better, but I really cannot think of anything that would have improved things.  You were great....
